Every June a festival called Obon is held at a Buddhist temple in Ontario, Oregon. . . about 45 minutes from our home. We eat bento boxes, teriyaki chicken on sticks, and shrimp tempura. Plus icees to cool off. We watch dendo (sword fighting), taiko drumming, and learn traditional dances. Dallin plays peek-a-boo with the stroller while Ike runs away from the camera.
