Sage started taking a ballet class last September and performed for the first time in front of parents during her last class of the year, on December 17th. Dallin, Ike, and I watched warm-ups first and then the performance to "Jingle Bell Rock" - a dance they learned in 2 weeks. Sage did very well. We threw her outfit together at the last minute . . . after she was dressed and ready to go, we remembered that she was supposed to wear something "Christmasy," but normally dances in a pink leotard and skirt. Sage's heart is still set on dance, even though I try to encourage gymnastics. She said her teacher told her she dances like a teenager.
