Thursday she picked eggs and hasbrowns for breakfast then opened another present and some cards. We made cake pops to share with her classmates. That night we traveled to Logan, UT (I also made my first ER trip for Dallin's chin - more on that later).

On Friday Maddie and I dropped off Marvin to the Dental convention while we shopped. After we picked him up, we three ate out for lunch, shopped a little more, then drove back to Logan; that night Oma surprised us with spumoni cake - YUM! Treats and presents to open again. Saturday, the family drove down again to Springville where we celebrated all the family September birthdays at the BYU tailgate dinner at Art City Trolley. Marvin's aunts and uncles have season tickets to BYU football which is another fun excuse for the cousins in the area to gather. Sunday when we returned home, Maddie opened another present. Finally, on Monday the 27th we enjoyed Maddie's birthday dinner - chicken katzu and soba noodles, with rainbow cake for dessert. She opened the final gift and the kids played outside in perfect weather.
