For Labor Day we decided to spend a fun weekend with Oma & Papa. With our new tires to speed us along, we even loaded the kids' bikes. On the way out of town, Dallin asked "Where's Dallin's bike?" Nothing gets past that kid - we didn't mention that we weren't bringing it - he somehow noticed and was concerned. Highlights from the fun but quick trip:
- Ike asked (demanded)from Oma Spumoni Cake as an early celebration for his birthday. Of course, the whole crew came along to help and eagerly awaited the lick- the- bowl turn
- Riding the four wheeler up the canyon
- the kids biking down River Trail - I dropped them off at Second Dam then met them at the bottom. The dam was so clear that we could see fish and spied an otter, too!
