WHAT could be better than crisp fall weather, the setting sun, and ooey-gooey pumpkin carving to top off a Friday? A pumpkin carving pro, Maddie jumped right in and offered suggestions to all; Sage timidly began - wanting to carve but not wanting to scoop out the mess - I think she may have put her hand in once but mostly used a spoon; Ike commented the most on the "eeewe" ness but digged in; Dallin politely refused with "no tanks" but eventually enjoyed sticking spoons and carving supplies inside the top of my pumpkin. Dad made sure the holes were big enough to scoop out seeds and carved out Sage and Ike's drawn creations. I better get a picture of the pumpkins glowing in the dark.
